Hamilton heights

Currently watching the Ted Talks Series called: Sex, Secrets & Love -- my favourite speaker is Brene Brown (episode 5 of 12).  It's amazing the scientific research that has been going on in the last century.

I'm attempting to find rhythm, on my own, for the first "successful" time.  This includes:
* liturgical prayers (which my dad thought was a foreign concept for me)
* reading both fiction and research books (Punk Monk / Cracking the Communication Code / the Lazarus Project / random Biblical text)
* catching up on TV series (just in time for their finales)
* raising my new kitten (Tigger likes to preen with his sharp little claws and teeth)
* participating in my community (helping the less fortunate and joining the Roller Derby)
* looking for work (perpetually investigating my pending career)
* exploring personal interests (essentially daydreaming)
* writing (and daydreaming) to generally philosophize about the human condition

The sweetest realization is that Hamilton is happy to adopt me!
